Andy says there is never a better time than when you're single to deal with your issues. Do you agree? What's the best way to address issues from your past that are affecting your present?

Dealing with the past is like dealing with procrastination. The longer you wait, the more there is to do. If you do it now, you won't have to do it later! How important is it? Like sorting your mail/e-mail, you have to decide what is: 1) Urgent, 2) What can wait until later, 3) Let it go. If it is not helpful, then it is holding you back.

Grace,
"The longer you wait, the more there is to do." Well said. We're all experts at putting off the things that are hard to do. Sorting through the damage from our pasts and getting to a place of loving ourselves is worth it, and will only get harder to do the longer we live with the "junk". So why not start?
Thanks for joining the convo!
